I'm constructing a compact semi-automatic mini crossbow. It employs toothpicks as ammunition, with a four-prong magazine that accommodates sticks up to 60mm in length and 2.5-3mm in diameter. Next, I'll insert a 1.75 filament into holes drilled into the mechanism and weld it securely on both sides. If the holes are too narrow, I can use a round file to enlarge them.
