This design is tailored to fit composite deck posts that measure 110 x 110 mm in size. The print may exhibit some looseness to accommodate the expansion and contraction of composite deck materials, which can vary slightly in dimension. This model prints well with PLA material. However, printing required full supports within the inset area, significantly prolonging the overall print time. Attempting to print upside down or bridging both failed, so I would appreciate any suggestions for a faster printing method that does not require supports.
