The Composite Order emerged subsequent to the Corinthian, showcasing a fusion of Ionic and Corinthian elements. The column shares similarities with the Corinthian style, except for the refined capital design. Despite being left incomplete, it was embraced by Romans who incorporated this Roman Composite Column featuring classical-style leaves into their architectural designs. Although personally, I find the appeal of this order somewhat limited, its beauty is subjective and unique to individual preferences.
