Here is a module of 230/230/50 mm that allows you to compose your models of ceiling light. single, double, square, triangle, according to your needs in lighting and the desired power. Designed for a 170/170/10 mm ultra-flat recessed led panel - 12watt as the other powers change in size. Attention: the location of the transformer may not correspond because it always depends on the size of the transformer. If necessary, you can cut it or modify it on your modeling software. The double edge is very tight, so you will have to either enlarge it or maybe reduce it by 1% on the slicing software according to the tolerances of the printer. It was printed in PLA silver glitter "3dJake" on a layer height of 0.25, first layer: concentric patterns, support only in contact with the tray, with a cantilever angle of 80° because it needs support only for the double edge and for the location of the screws. For the filling: 2 choices: full or no filling at all. Be careful, if you print without filling, take into account that you have 2 layers in the face glued to the tray that will be empty and that the shell will be 2.4 mm, with proper ventilation, there should be no worries. This is how I printed it. Attention: I added a 2nd file because unfortunately not all manufacturers of this type of led align with the dimensions displayed in their description, that's why in the model "plaf led 2.07", I eliminated the double edge, this way it can be adapted to most of the 12 w leds marketed. https://youtu.be/hnJG2PdZ3E4
