Component Tray for Pick and Place

This is a versatile 6x3 component tray designed specifically for Pick and Place machines. I utilize it to load components that aren't provided on tape or for small production runs where building up a reel isn't economically feasible. The depressions are precisely spaced at 20mm intervals, but most machines align optically, so you can easily scale the design in either axis without compromising functionality. To ensure seamless integration with your work surface, I recommend scaling the Z height of the tray to match the height of your PCB. This will guarantee a smooth and precise loading experience. For mounting, the flanges are designed for secure attachment using magnets, as illustrated in the accompanying image. Simply adjust the configuration as needed to achieve optimal results.
