Dies ist ein Bauteilekühler für den Raise3D Pro3. Dies ist die Version V2. Es wird ein 40x40x20 Lüfter verwendet. Dieser hat etwas mehr durchfluss und kann die Bauteile besser kühlen. Die Lüfterdrehzahl muss dementsprechend eveltuell angepasst werden. Verwendeter Lüfter ist dieser hier: Hot End Radiallüfter 40x20mm 12V Extruder 4020 Cooling Fan RepRap 3D-Drucker https://www.ebay.de/itm/174939789898 ACHTUNG: Das Lüftergehäuse ist in der Höhe etwas einstellbar. Und die Luftdüse ragt über die Klemmschrauben. Bitte darauf achten, das dass Gehäuse nicht die Klemmschrauben berührt. Sonst wird da etwas beschädigt. Da das Teil etwas komplizierter ist müssen ein paar Stützstrukturen gesetzt werden. Das vordere Teil wird aufgesteckt, damit man es bei einem Kopfwechsel abstecken kann. Es werden 2 M3 Muttern benötigt. Der Lüfter selbst kann dann mit 2 M3x16mm Schrauben in den Kunststoff geschraubt werden. Das Kabel vom original Lüfter ablöten und an den neuen anlöten.
