This allows you to mount and spin head with a 3/4 inch 3 inch long treaded rod. You'll need 113 bearings, depending on your 3d printer settings you might have to sand some bearings down. I've added a Video of it working. I've also created some upper and lower Platforms for the Dalek Head and Neck. Simply glue them in place and resin them. Both Head and Neck Platforms were made with 5% infill and 1mm top and bottom and side shell. Print them and fiberglass and resin them for extra strength. The neck Platform has had some sections removed so I can have easy access to remove and replace the HEAD Battery which will be 2 laptop batteries solder together. When I get that far then I'll add photos of that. https://www.youtube.com/edit?o=U&video_id=AJyofjvOmNA 8-6-2017: I've added some spacers so you can correctly place the rings together. Just use some Pipe cleaning wire to twist tie everything together, then Glue and Resin together. You will need 4 spacers each at 20% infill or less. I made mine 20% infill with 1.2 mm top and bottom shell thickness I'll be adding some extra inserts and platforms once I get the rest of the head together. 8/30/2017: As of today, Dalek Ned's Head and neck are done. They are 100% Printed material, including the light purple garments below his neck. Happy Printing
