Complete Water rocket for PET bottle and Euro Air-compressor nozzle
thingiverse
Thanks to AtomKemp for his outstanding work. I took his design and adapted it to fit the Euro air-compressor valve, adding fins and a raised platform to accommodate a gasket. Additionally, I added a rocket tip and a specialized tool that allows you to screw in or out the nozzle without damaging the delicate fins (please exercise caution: this tool has zero tolerance - only possible with a highly precise printer). For optimal results, use a 1-liter PET bottle, filling it about one-third with water. My compressor delivers approximately 8 bars of pressure, and so far, nothing has exploded. However, I've discovered that hard surfaces and PLA rocket parts falling from 15-20 meters can be a disastrous combination. To mitigate this issue, I'm currently working on developing a parachute that fits snugly under the rocket tip - once I find a suitable solution, I'll be sure to share it with you.
