complete undercarriage for the bruder d5 with tensioners

this is a complete undercarriage for the bruder d5 dozer with track tensioners it is by far the easiest conversion that i have ever done for this small dozer. Even a beginner with hardly any experience should be able to do this conversion in a day with basic tools What you will need to do this conversion is 2x hitec 2645cr servos for drive 1 hitec 645 servo for blade lift and a piece of wire coat hanger about 5" long bent to shape to lift the blade, ran under the left jack to the blade C-frame 2x small springs apx. 1/4"diameter by 1" long for track tensioners and 2x 1/8" by 3/4" rod for axles for the front idlers NOTE: other continuous rotation servos should work if the same size, but I designed this for Hitec servos In this file there are 2 different belly and drive setups One for standard 32mm tracks and one for wider 40mm tracks(sold in another file with the sprockets) To install, cut off everything on the bottom of the dozer from the blade hinge toward the back smooth with the bottom, then using the frame you want as a guide, mark where the drive servos go and drill the holes to mount it, then cut out room for clearance Make sure that the frame is straight on the bottom Then on the inside, remove all the obstructions the 645 servo will sit in front of the drive servos and that servo mount will match up to the holes in the skidplate Then add your choice of tx,rx, and battery i uploaded a free file for drive servo mounts in various widths for servos other thanHitec
