Complete Replicator Front door
thingiverse
This project features laser-cut parts and hinges for a front door solution compatible with your MakerBot Replicator. If you don't have access to a laser cutter, please let us know, and we will find an alternative. This design is based on Thing 23454; I added holes for bolts and created a laser-cuttable door that works well with the original model. You need two sheets of 9x9, 5/3mm acrylic, 4 x 16mm M3 bolts, 8 x 10mm M3 bolts, and a 7/16 drill bit. Print one part (it includes all necessary components) and cut out two reversible doors. Assemble the hinges using 16mm bolts, attach them to the door, and then screw the door onto your replicator by drilling holes for the 10mm bolts. Enjoy your new front door!
