This globally parameterized FLR, flanged [FL], single row, deep groove radial [R], open type (having neither shields nor seals), inch series micro bearing library contains the following bearing size-and-type designations in both SolidWorks and Step formats:FLR0FLR1FLR1-4FLR133FLR1-5FLR144FLR2-5FLR2FLR155FLR156FLR166FLRA3FLR168FLR188FLR4FLR6By "conventional cage type," I mean that a modern proprietary cage is fitted within the typical cage space afforded by the usual dimensions of this series of bearings. Thus, these cages fit the purposes of CAD work requiring models of this bearing series; and so, though some makers may produce further permutations and others less, this library reflects the usual scope of prospective members of this particular class of bearing.The size code following the FLR or FLRA prefix (the A code indicating non-standard width) and preceding any seal or shield suffix (of which none exist in "open" type bearings) is the code you want to match to find a like size of flanged [FL], deep grooved [R] (sometimes called a "lever" [bearing]), OPEN type bearing (having no seals or shields). But be aware that as the A suffix to the R type designation indicates non-standard width (which is generally increased one size code or more to accommodate shielding or seals), you should always verify that library dimensions match the bearing you intend to represent in your CAD strategy. Nonetheless, these models further enable building your bearing in a few simple steps, by simply revising a few parameters. Otherwise, these models are ready to use, as is.If you download a subset of the library, remember to get the global parameters file bearing the suffix, "PARAMS, GLOBAL.txt." Store this to the same eventual usage directory. Should the ultimate destination path inadvertently unlink the global parameters, SolidWorks will prompt you to re-link the global parameters file when you open each model. You may also manually re-link the global parameters by first deleting them from your equations, and then re-importing them as links.
