This Sponge filter uses a 4" diameter x 6" tall spongehas a compartment at the bottom that i filled with sand for weight.center column can be loaded with bio mediabubble ring with a tapered water riserthe bubble ring does need support when printingthe rest do noteverything is slip fityou can glue together if you wishI did glue the lid on over the weighted compartmentDO NOT glue the bubble ring to the lower piece that the sponge goes on. You need this to separate to take the sponge off for cleaning
