compensated/shelf Nut Geebzon Style. So... it works great. it can be printed with SLA and FDM. I printed mine with SLA (green nut) and had no issues after all this time. used to be free, now it costs 1 buck. still a good deal IMO. you can always spend 30 bucks on the real thing, I wouldn't.
