Compass tire fit/clearance gauge + discs

Compass sells a tire fit gauge that is only partially useful due to limited size options. However, the parametric Solidworks model for the disc can be easily adjusted to accommodate any desired size. The original kit includes 23, 34, 38, 42, 48 and 54 mm discs, but I have added two additional sizes: 30 & 32 mm. The total list of included tire sizes in millimeters is: - 23 - 25 - 28 - 30 - 32 - 34 - 38 - 40 - 42 - 44 - 48 - 54 My first attempt at creating the gauge resulted in a product that was too small, but with minor modifications using a knife, I was able to produce a final product that fit perfectly. In addition to the gauge itself, I have included a model and STL file. The gauge requires an unusual 13 mm axle, but this can be easily modified to match whatever size you have on hand. The wheel sizes supported by the gauge include: - 622 / 700c / 29" - 584 / 650b / 27.5" - 559 / 26" These sizes can also be adjusted to accommodate any desired configuration.
