Compass tire fit/clearance gauge + discs

<p>Compass sells a <a href="https://www.compasscycle.com/shop/components/framebuilding/tire-fit-gauge/">tire fit gauge here</a>, but it only includes some useful sizes. The parametric Solidworks model for the disc can be adjusted for whatever you want.</p> <p>23, 34, 38, 42, 48 and 54 mm discs are included with the kit, but I've added a 30 &amp; 32 mm variety. In total, I've included the following tire sizes in mm:</p> <ul> <li>23</li> <li>25</li> <li>28</li> <li>30</li> <li>32</li> <li>34</li> <li>38</li> <li>40</li> <li>42</li> <li>44</li> <li>48</li> <li>54</li> </ul> <p>My first attempt came out too small; it would not fit. However, minor work with a knife quickly yielded a result that did fit.</p> <p>I've added a model &amp; STL of the gauge itself, which requires an odd 13 mm axle. You can change this in the model to match whatever you have on hand.</p> <p>The wheel sizes included are:</p> <ul> <li>622 / 700c / 29"</li> <li>584 / 650b / 27.5"</li> <li>559 / 26"</li> </ul> <p>In theory, you can change this, too, to whatever you want.</p> Category: Tools
