A Wind rose Compass for a precise laser cutting of thick extruded polystyrene sheets is necessary to create vibrant colored mortar designs in concrete slabs. The DXF unit of measurement must be set to centimeters. For optimal results on a 100W CO2 laser cutting machine, the power should be adjusted to 40% and the cutting speed to 25mm per second when working with 20mm thick extruded polystyrene sheets.
