Comparison Photoshop - MakerWare - High Resolution Print
thingiverse
Greetings everyone, I recently acquired Photoshop CC and conducted a comparison test between MakerWare and Photoshop. MakerWare had a 0.1mm layer setting, while Photoshop was set to 0.07mm. Interestingly, MakerWare produced higher resolution prints despite the lower preset compared to Photoshop. However, it created more support structures, making it difficult to remove the girl's hair details. Have others experienced similar outcomes? A fusion of MakerWare's resolution with Photoshop's supports or vice versa would be ideal. In any case, Photoshop generated a clean print, but the resolution appeared to be around 0.2mm per layer.
