Companion Cube Speaker Box or a detailed model of a companion cube

I created this as an example for my students, but I thought it would be great to share with everyone else too! If you're a fan of Portal/Portal 2, I designed this speaker box around the Companion Cube. The circuit kit is from Designability.com.au and comes with everything except solder, a soldering iron, and music source. The cube itself is 100mm on each side. All files for building this are included, and the file names tell you what part it is, the color I used, and how many prints you'll need. For example, "Knob-White_1" means it's a volume knob, white material, and one print is required. The PCB can be held in place by the nut on the potentiometer (volume control), and there are supports inside the box to help with that. The speakers are stuck in with contact glue, just like the white parts attached to the grey box. You might need to scale down "Heart-White_6" a bit if your printer has tight tolerances - I found it was a tight fit on my Flashforge Guider 2 and had to trim it with a craft knife. If you want to print this just for fun, go ahead! Let me know if you run into any problems or have suggestions. I'll be uploading the pattern for a standard box that students use soon - it's laser cut from 3mm acrylic and uses the same circuit kit, but it's faster and cheaper to make.
