Compact Reality Ender 3 Extruder Protection (Cover) with Standard Cooling Locations and BL Touch Mount. A model without a sensor mount is also included for your convenience. The advantages of this design are numerous: Compactness makes it perfect for small spaces. Properly formed cooling flows ensure efficient temperature regulation. Easy maintenance is guaranteed due to the laconic design. For printing, choose plastics with high melting points, such as ABS. The model was printed at a layer thickness of 0.2 mm and nozzle size of 0.4 mm. When printing the cooling part, use the location shown in the photo with the support blocking block to protect the channels from printing supports. M3 nuts for attaching the fan and cable are glued onto two-component epoxy adhesive. After gluing, the model was left to age until the glue hardened completely. Mounting and assembly involve the following steps: Bolts (4 pieces) for radiator cooling are standard. One housing mounting bolt was replaced with a longer one - 12 mm, while the second standard one remains in place. For fastening the cooling part, use 2x9 mm screws (4 pieces). Cable fastening bolts are 4x12 mm (4 pieces). Sensor mounting is done using a standard set of bolts, washers, springs, and nuts.
