Compact WiFi/BLE enabled 4WD robot platform

thingiverse

A cutting-edge, ultra-compact 4WD robotic platform that can be seamlessly controlled using WiFi or Bluetooth via smartphone or any other WiFi/BLE-enabled device. The entire electronic and assembly instructions are meticulously detailed on https://hackaday.io/project/25430-mini-wifible-4wd-robot-platform - please visit the site to explore in depth. The robot's mechanical platform is entirely 3D printed, with axles, ball bearings, and nuts and bolts being the only exceptions. All gears are designed with a self-fixing fish bone structure, achieved by printing at m=1 resolution. The wheels are precision-printed using dual extrusion technology, featuring an outer layer of soft PLA and an inner core made from ABS. With its impressive 3:1 gear ratio, this robot boasts exceptional speed but struggles to find traction on all-ABS printed wheels.
