This shoe rack has three parts and holds one pair of shoes. To install it, you'll need to mount it on a vertical surface. Begin by screwing in the middle part first. Next, place your shoes inside and position each side carefully. This shoe rack can be used either way - with heels pointing up or down. However, I've found that placing heels up yields better results after some practice. The shoes fit snugly into place and lock securely in position. So far, it's worked perfectly with all the trainers in my household.
