Compact rear shelf retaining clip for BMW E46

I purchased an E46 Compact, which arrived with a cracked rear shelf retaining clip. As a result, every time I opened the trunk, the shelf would dangle precariously in mid-air. This problem also made closing the trunk a real challenge, as the shelf often got stuck between the trunk lid and the car's body. To resolve this issue, I created a replica of the original broken clip that came with my vehicle. It may require some fine-tuning via sanding or filing to ensure a precise fit inside the shelf's steel tube.
