I had been searching for an idler that fully utilized every inch of available space on the Y-axis. I wanted to accomplish a print that took advantage of the absolute edges of the build plate without any obstructions. It works remarkably well, offering performance similar to the i3 rework but is notably more compact and employs a smaller bearing. To assemble this idler, you will require: 1. A single 4mm bolt 2. A single 4mm nut 3. A pair of 5mm washers 4. One 605Z bearing Place the bearing snugly between two of the washers before carefully inserting it into the idler mechanism. Next, secure the bearing firmly in place by screwing a 5mm bolt through it and tighten it with an opposing nut on the other side. To guarantee its stability, apply threadlocker to prevent any movement. Your completed idler is now ready for use. Feel free to offer your feedback or suggestions anytime. Released exclusively through my company: http://northernlayers.com
