This design fits the standard 1.5kW water-cooled spindle found on CNC machines like the 6040 or X6-1500GT; its main adaptor attaches to the lower collar (60mm), while the hose management clip connects to the main body (80mm). The magnets enable quick tool release and prevent unwanted movement. For improved visibility, cut part P2 from 5mm clear acrylic or print it, although you'll lose the ability to see inside. If CNCing, trim the outer edge by 2mm, and ensure the inner circles are through cuts. The screw head pockets should be deep enough for flush-fitting screws. Both STL and DXF files are provided. The design includes slots for 8x2mm round rare earth magnets (4 pieces) to facilitate quick detachment and features m3 screws and nuts for collar attachment. Choose between a "Henry" shop vac nozzle variant with tapered dimensions or the "Flying Monkey" variant fitting a 1.5" nozzle without taper. If you need a different nozzle size, contact the designer for customization. The brush section is a Kent CMC 2" replacement (http://www.kentcnc.net/nc/products/101-replacement-brush.aspx). When printing in ABS, scale X and Y by 0.5% to account for shrinkage and add a brim to prevent base lifting.
