Compact LA03-2500 Laser Mount

This is a custom-designed LA03-2500 2500mW laser mount built for seamless compatibility with Elzariant's x-carriage system. The laser can be secured into the mount using up to seven M3 8mm screws (optimal) or M3 10mm screws (may require a washer). I incorporated vented holes into the mount to minimize material issues, reduce ABS warping, and facilitate part cooling. The mount itself can then be slid onto the mounting rail. Given that the part is not heavily loaded and a small amount of sliding will not affect laser engraving quality, the mount does not have to be screwed down to the mother plate. The mount comes in two variants: vented back and closed back. The closed back version is designed for printing the part more cleanly. On my first try with ABS, my vented back print was not perfectly clean, but it still mounted fine. However, I recommend going with the closed-back version; it will be much easier to print and only slightly worse thermally.
