I'm absolutely obsessed with simiboy's snap-on gear design, but I needed something more portable that could fit snugly in my hand. So, I reimagined his brilliant concept into a customized version tailored precisely to my liking. This little treasure is always by my side, and I find myself fidgeting with it constantly. It's become an indispensable companion, one that I cherish above all else – although I must admit, that might be a slight exaggeration! Please be aware: the fit is incredibly tight, so when snapping the pieces together, apply as much vertical pressure as possible to distribute the stress evenly across all three stems. I'll soon upload a looser version for those who prefer it. Update: I've added a second model, fidget_loose, which features an expanded inner gear. This modification reduces the likelihood of a stem breaking during assembly. Post-printing tips: The more you fiddle with it, the smoother it operates. If your fit is tight or movement feels stiff, apply a small amount of toothpaste to the center and let it sit for a few minutes to allow it to become sticky. Once rinsed with water and dried, the mechanism will be silky smooth and incredibly relaxing. As you dry it, don't forget to make a wish – it's a tradition!
