COMPACT FOLDABLE Bottle Opener (designed in Switzerland)
thingiverse
If you want a sleek, compact bottle opener or have a girlfriend who wants to protect her new nails, then you'll definitely want to print this gadget!!!\nRecently I came across the Smart One Handed Bottle Opener by Kart5a (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:269463), but I was hesitant about carrying something bulky in my pocket (nothing against the other design!). So I decided to take matters into my own hands and create something more compact. The result is a sleek bottle opener that fits perfectly in your pocket.\nThis design is still evolving, and I'd love to hear your suggestions on how to make it even better.\n\n \n \n Instructions\nPrinted at 210°C with 0.2mm layer thickness and 15% infill using PLA filament. Support was added only between the joints for easier removal. Two main parts should be laid flat on the printbed, depending on your printer's accuracy you may need to file the joints slightly (drawn +0.1mm apart) and drill a Ø5mm hole for better fitment. Carefully insert the hollow pin into the hole and tap the smaller piece in with gentle force until it fits snugly. The money slot was designed specifically for a Swiss five-cent coin, leaving a 1.2mm gap; if you're not from Switzerland simply use a similar-sized currency piece.
