Compact Electronics Tray for Losi 1/18 Mini Rock Crawler (MRC) Chassis

This is a compact electronics tray for the Losi MRC chassis. I designed this primarily to enable the relocation of the upper shock mounts inward within the outer frame horns, where the stock tray mounts are typically located. Additional features and benefits include a slightly lower center of gravity, provisions for a battery strap, vertical body posts, and enhanced mounting flexibility. The longer version mounts at the original body post holes; I intend to use an alternate, small cage body that bolts on from the outside at these same points. Additionally, I added some screw holes to the plate to accommodate vertical body posts, which can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3246062. You will need to drill new holes in the frame if you wish to continue using horizontal body posts or the original side-mounted lexan body. The shorter version allows for the use of stock body posts or yet another upper shock mounting position, further inward; however, it does require drilling new mounting holes in the frame.
