Update 21.07.2021 Added "Bearing carrier_28mm shaft.STL" version according to the sychan comment. If you have 28mm main gear shaft and standard version of the bearing carrier don't work for you, try this version. Update 19.06.2021 Added "Main housing_fly.STL" versiion with the same position of the mounting holes as on the original superfly extruder Added "Main housing_MrMaooo.STL" version according to the suggestions of MrMaooo This is reworked version of the Superfly extruder by mustcode. I loved the idea, but it didn't worked for me, so I've decided to remix it. I mainly changed the principle of the latch for the driven gear. All tolerances adjusted, except holes that may need some drilling, depending on your printer performances. I made these parts to be printable without any supports. As I use Sapphire pro printer, I've used all parts from it dual drive bowden extruder. Main gear shaft on my extruder is 29mm, as original design can accept only 28mm shaft, I adapted my design for 29mm shaft. I'm sure that it will work for 28mm as well (see update note). If you want to use this extruder on your Sapphire printer you can use "Main housing_sapphire.stl" file, for any other printer better to use "Main housing_fly.stl". If you are interested in this design and you would like to adapt it for your printer, but you don't have sufficient CAD skills, you can contact me and I will modify my design to meet your needs.
