Compact Dice Vault/Tray
thingiverse
This is a dice vault designed to store two sets of standard-sized dice (22mm), pens, pencils, and miniature figurines. It relies on six 6mmx2mm magnets from Amazon for assembly. The magnets can be found at this link: https://www.amazon.com/Round-Multi-Use-Refrigerator-Magnets-Project/dp/B07G859BYN/ref=sr_1_13?crid=YYX9TRU8OL6X&keywords=6x2mm+magnets&qid=1582312864&sprefix=6x2%2Caps%2C188&sr=8-13 When installing the magnets, take care to match their polarities correctly. This ensures a secure snap-together fit, especially for those on the back of the dice vault. Typically, I install the top base area magnets first and let them settle before adding more magnets and marking their position. The marked side indicates which magnet should be used when assembling the lid. Additionally, two zip files are provided with patterns for custom inserts: one set features a logo design for the lid, while the other includes designs for adding felt or foam to the bottom of the tray for extra cushioning.
