Compact Bowden Extruder for Leapfrog Creatr Dual 3D Printer Conversion

I designed and built this to convert the motor mounts on my lab's Leapfrog Creatr Dual 3D printer from a direct drive to bowden style extruder using existing parts like bearing/screws wherever possible. My goal was to boost speed and performance by relocating the motor weight from the moving carriage to the chassis. The design looked solid, but I struggled to achieve prints as smooth as those made with the original direct drive setup even after extensive tweaking. I attribute this issue to the hose's flexibility/elasticity affecting filament movement, which hindered print quality.
