This is the best extruder I've ever tested for a Bowden. It's super useful for printers like the MK7, MK8, and some other models with driver gears. The key components include an 608 bearing, three M3 screws that are 8mm long, one M3 screw that is 16mm long plus an M3 nut, and one M5 screw that is 10mm long with a washer.
