This is not for beginners. I drew inspiration from the Adjustable Weight Set (Rehabilitation etc.) on Thingiverse. My goal was to design a more compact model that meets the needs of users seeking a smaller and more portable weight set. The discs are weighted with M10 nuts, while the handle is made from an M10 rod. Grip: Begin by cutting the rod to approximately 23cm. Weigh it carefully, then adjust the infill settings for the grip and two threaded sections so that the final result weighs 200g. Discs: Weigh the nuts accurately and adjust the infill settings as needed to achieve the correct weight. Insert a stop (such as M600) in the G-Code just before the nut-cutout closes, allowing you to easily insert the nuts.
