This Design is crafted for the extremely popular and practical Component Tester. Which are widely available at the usual suppliers like eBay, FedEx Express, etc. Since I wasn't satisfied with designs that are currently available, I invested considerable effort and created this Enclosure in two versions myself. I made an attempt to incorporate some desirable features such as: - All vertical edges are rounded, at least by 0.2mm. - Protective extension to safeguard the Lever from damage. - Support patterns for the PCB in stressed areas. - Create a Gap for the Display Ribbon cable. - A small "tray" for SMD parts on the Flat Version - Vent Slot for heat dissipation -> just kidding. One reason I created this is that I have severe limitations in terms of build volume on my current 3D Printer. (Renkforce RF100 v1) The "Tall" Version comes in three pieces, the Lid, the "Mid" section which takes the Component Tester, and the "Bottom" Sections which will contain the required 9V Battery. - Small Footprint but more build height The "Flat" Version is made in two Pieces. The "Lid" Part in a modified Version and the "Bottom" Part, which will take the Component Tester and the Battery as well. - Bigger Footprint but more Flat Design Both enclosures are designed to be assembled with four M3 (metric) Countersunk Bolts and four M3 Nuts. The First Printout (Flat Version) was done on my Printer with PLA filament at 0.2mm Layer height and 20% infill @210°C. But as it turns out the Lid should be done @0.1mm Layer height to have a much nicer appearance.
