Como Triacont. Puzzle #2
cults3d
The first coordinate motion puzzle to take shape as a Rhombic Triacontahedron. This puzzle consists of three unique pieces, each with its own distinct design. The primary piece has a swan-like appearance, perhaps even more so when viewed from certain angles. Three swans combined create a triacontahedron, though it's incomplete without additional components. Achieving the coordinate motion on this puzzle necessitates exchanging golden rhombohedra between each of the pieces. Upon completion, the assembled puzzle reveals an empty interior. This central cavity can be filled by an optional fourth piece, visible in blue hues within the images provided, or alternatively, small treasures could be inserted. Another option is to place a small sphere within the hollow space, as this puzzle was carefully designed to accommodate one exactly 15 mm in diameter.
