You think the bed frame's belt isn't tight enough? No need for complicated parts. If you've already assembled the Anet and just need a bit more tension on the belt, simply release the two pieces holding the return roller, let the belt slack out, carefully cut one of its ties to the bed frame, add an extra pair of teeth to the belt, then re-tie it with a loop. A belt like this only needs about 2 millimeters to get tight enough. Now put the two return roller pieces back in place, inserting the belt between them and securing them with screws. You'll see that now you can't quite fit your fingers between the parts and the supporting plate. Tighten the screws until you think the belt is tight enough (not too tight), then measure the gap left at the points marked with arrows - I had 1.5mm in my case. Cut two strips of the thickness you measured, insert them into those points, and finally tighten the screws to the top since the strips will keep the return roller pieces in position. That's all there is to it.
