You can fit two larges, three mediums or three smalls on a standard 200mm x 200mm build plate. ABS and PLA are both suitable materials to use when printing this mask. Please note that it's not as effective as an N95 HEPA or MERV 16 filter, but it's better than nothing. To form the mask frame to your face: Option 1: Heat your 3D printer bed to 65-75C and place the mask frame on it. Wait for 10-20 seconds or until it becomes moldable. Press the mask against your face and allow it to cool. Option 2: Boil water, then place the mask frame in it. Wait for 10-20 seconds or until it becomes moldable. Remove the frame with tongs (be careful not to burn yourself) and press it against your face. Allow it to cool. Option 3: Use a heat gun on low or a blow dryer on high to heat the mask frame until it's moldable. Move the heat source around the entire time. Press the mask against your face and allow it to cool.
