I was itching for something exciting and had a couple of hours to kill immediately after wrapping up a history project on the Soviet Union. I was also eager to convince a friend that glass and plastic can be aesthetically pleasing together. This little experiment has nothing to do with my political beliefs, which remain unchanged.
