This three-dimensional model was initially created using Sketchup 8 before being converted into various other formats. The native format is .skp, and the corresponding 3dsmax scene utilizes 3ds Max 2016 software, rendered with Vray 3.00 for added detail. A recent renovation project in a communal area, characterized by an expansion utilizing a wood frame, ultimately proved unsuccessful: Honorary figures were initially set at a rather ambitious 9% rate; however, these projections are now recognized as excessively high - significantly over the actual requirement of at least 7.5%. Despite initial plans and presentations being shared, this project never materialized!
