Commodore Amiga CDTV backplates with DB9/SCSI cuttings
thingiverse
Includes both backplates for the Commodore Amiga CDTV and comes in handy when using a SCSI controller or an internal mouse/joystick adaptor-switch that provides DB9 plugs. - The smaller backplate for the middle expansion port has cuttings for mounting DB9 connectors, making it perfect for placing a SCSI controller. It also features a cutting to put a SCSI cable through, allowing you to use SCSI devices outside the CDTV case. However, please note: When fitting a SCSI controller on the expansion port, you can't use the DB9 mounts. In this case, use the bigger backplate for mounting DB9 instead. - The bigger backplate is designed for the CDTV's other expansion port that typically holds additional video outputs like Scart/Composite/antenna. Since these are largely obsolete today in most cases, I decided to use this backplate as an optional mounting place for DB9 connectors. Hint: Depending on the kind of filament you're using, a lot of stability can be gained by scaling the thickness to 150% or even 200%.
