Commodore 64 Raspberry Pi Conversion additional ports

I updated several features from the original designs found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2852922. Changes include: 1) The bracket covering the cartridge port now has a dedicated space for both a USB connector and an Audio jack. Note that you'll need to drill holes for the screws on the USB port. 2) I made adjustments to the bracket over the user port, which should improve alignment with the screw post on your machine. Additionally, I extended the holes all the way through to accommodate the port mounts.
