Commodore 1541-II head latch cam

This is a replacement part designed to fix a broken head latch cam on the 1541-II floppy disk drive, featuring DS-50F drive mechanisms from Digital System Inc., which come in various models. The design should be printed with the drill oriented upwards to avoid support structures, using high-resolution settings that can capture fine details. I successfully printed the version with a 4mm drill diameter, but results may vary depending on your printer's capabilities, so I've also included a variant with a slightly larger tolerance (a 4.2mm drill). When assembling the part, carefully tap the metal axis into place using a hammer to ensure secure attachment. The print settings used include a Qidi X-Plus printer, an ultra-fine resolution of 0.08mm, and PLA material for optimal results.
