Commodore 1541 FD Case

I'm working on a project that needs a hand with, so bear with me here. I created a model using Sketch-up and exported it to STL format, but unfortunately, the result left a lot to be desired - it's got some serious flaws in the STL design that need addressing. That's where you come in, can someone take a look at this model for me and lend a hand in fixing its shortcomings? I've tried various methods to get it right, but all my efforts have resulted in missing walls and other issues. I designed this model specifically with the C64 mini in mind as a USB hub case, and I even shared a prototype build on "Thec64community" that used an off-the-shelf electrical box. However, while it was functional, it didn't quite live up to my original vision for what this project could be.
