Commodore 128D & 1571 drive latch

Drive latch/lever for plastic-case Commodore 128D model. There are several drive latches available around, but all of them had too small hole for plastic C128D's 1571 drive latch axel. The "knob" of the latch is printed separately and glued to it's place, allowing printing without supports. **Depending of your printer, you may need to scale this to 95..100%, my printer uses 0.6mm nozzle and 100% is fine but some people using 0.4mm nozzle reported better success with smaller scale factor.**
