This Blender 2.78c-created game-ready commode model, featuring three different wood materials, is exportable to multiple formats. Tested in Unity5 and Unreal4, it's perfect for real-time engine usage in interior, close-up renderings. The model boasts polygonal geometry with 2176 vertices and 2104 faces (4140 when triangulated), measured at a real-world scale of 80cm x 42cm x 82cm. UV unwrapped and with beveled edges, it's centered at origin and set to 0,0,0 world-space. Available files include .blend format, multiformats (.fbx, .obj, .3ds), a .unitypackage file for Unity use, and various PBR metallic roughness textures.
