This stunning 18-storey building was originally conceived and designed with precision and elegance by Delorenzi, Otaola, and Rocca architects for the esteemed insurance company "La Comercial" in Rosario. Constructed in 1940, it epitomized rationalism in its truest form and instantly became an iconic symbol of the city's identity until a new landmark was erected - the Monument to the Flag. Rendered with Vray 3.00, the 3D model has been transformed into multiple formats through a meticulous conversion process from Sketchup 13, enabling its versatility across various platforms. However, it necessitated some modifications to fit seamlessly into the virtual environment. A sturdy base of 143cm x 38cm was expertly added beneath the building to adjust for a considerable dip of about 334cm caused by GE's uneven terrain rendering, which threatened to destabilize the model if not corrected properly.
