Updated 4-18-20: In version 2, I refined the design and it looks nicer. It's flush against the wall and the mount points are more elegant. Because of this new design, I had to elevate the bar higher to accommodate the jumbo roll so that it won't touch the roller rod. Because it's taller, I split the design into two pieces as it will be too large to fit on the bed of most printers. The pieces have slide-in joints with a tolerance of 0.1 mm. It's a tight fit and no glue is necessary. I also added a hole with a bolt that you can print. This is optional. I did this to prevent the jumbo roll from wobbling when toilet paper is pulled. This new design still accommodates regular size toilet rolls. Optional is to use 3M Command Strip double-side tape to secure it but I found that it wasn't needed in my case. This might be the crappiest design, it was a quick and dirty draft. During these crazy and explosive times, when you gotta go, you gotta go so just roll with it and if you're lucky enough to grab regular rolls of toilet paper, you really don't need this but you can still have it if you want as it also fits regular size toilet paper. Go big or go home. It's multipurpose; use your imagination. You can hang things off of it, use it as a brace for those strenuous times; etc. Wipe like a king and if you're able to get your hands on commercial size toilet paper, then this is the perfect adapter that will serve you without needing to modify your bathroom. It works for either side, if your holder is to the left or to the right of the toilet. These are for standard holders. The hole measures 25mm in diameter. The standard white toilet rod springy thing is 24.9 so it fits perfectly. Wall to center of toilet rod is 70mm. This is the setup in my bathroom. Not sure of yours so your mileage will vary but if off, just throw this in Tinkercad and do the basic modification to extrude or cut to fit your bathroom. Optional: Use bearings to provide a smooth pull. 608zz metal bearings can be bought online, but I've also mocked up a 3D printed version, print the pins to snap the bearings in place.
