This is a highly detailed multistory commercial building model that can be used for multiple purposes. Each part of the building is named individually and separated for easy use. The main format is 3ds Max 9.max, but it's also available in several other formats such as .3ds, .obj, .lwo, and .fbx. Final images were rendered with V-ray Advanced 1.5 RC3. The model is detailed enough for close-up renders and includes both V-Ray and Standard material scene files in 3ds Max. Maps are provided separately for each format in a zipped folder. Note that other formats may vary slightly depending on the software used.
