This commercial building model is designed in realism, with the native format being 3ds Max 9.max. It is compatible with all versions of 3ds Max 9.0 and above, including 3ds Max 9.0 Standard. Additionally, it supports formats like .obj and .fbx. The scene includes standard materials, a camera, and light setup. All textures and Materials maps are also included. Each zipped folder contains separate textures for all formats. The poly count is 6311 polygons and 9738 vertices. Final images are rendered using standard material, light, and camera setups, without requiring any additional plug-ins or post-processing in Photoshop or compositing software. This model adheres to real-world scale and is positioned at the scene coordinates of 0,0,0. Each part of the model has been properly named, with corresponding texture and material names matching the model name. The textures have a maximum resolution of 1230 x 1194 pixels and a minimum resolution of 640 x 480 pixels, in JPEG format (.jpg). All textures are path stripped for easy use.
