2 Story Commercial Office Building - Bank With Clock tower. This is a 3D model of an office building that can be used as a bank or for any office setting (interior not modeled except floor slab). Materials include: Brick, EIFS, Cast Stone, Concrete, Glass, Metal, and Wood Panels. The building features red LED lights around its roof cove. This model is designed to scale and dimensions are in Imperial Units: Building 56' x 100'x35'H, 49' at Clock Tower Roof. It was modeled using 3ds Max 2015, rendered with Vray and HDRI Lights (HDRI Lights not included). Signage is included and the name of signage can be easily changed out in 3ds Max to any desired name (3ds Max text used). All textures are included in a zip file; however, they will need to be relinked from the folder. The model objects are all grouped into one group for easy scene movement, set at the 0,0,0 axis, and no interior has been modeled. Note that this model was created in 3ds Max, and other provided formats have not been tested in other software; modifications may be necessary.
